Docs place does allow smoking... I am not a smoker and those that know me know I am not fond of cigarettes at all . I spent New Years eve at Docs and was not bothered by the smoke at all. They have a good ventilation system it seems. Docs has these great big fans that keep the smoke in check. When I left Docs after a night of partying my clothes did not reek of cigarette smoke like they can in a smokers bar. Docs place has just been approved for serving adult beverages outside, which will make it even more pleasant . According to Papadoc his establishment with this addition can handle 600-700 people. There are currently 98 singles signed up for this party.

As a new reader I have a couple questions.
Do you wear name tags? If so what do you show on them.
If not name tags do you have some form of identifier? scarf, arm band of some color
As a person that is not a consumer of alcohol is their a cover charge of some form?

Yes we wear name tags with our screen name and real name on them.. there is no cover charge at Docs place. Trike-rider drinkers and non drinkers are welcome. There are quite a few folks that purchase only soft drinks , and it I am driving its Diet Coke for me.

Does any one know if there is room enough to park a motor home, either in the parking lot or near by? I don't care to drive at night hence the motor home. It is 35 feet long so a rather large space is needed.
I attempted to ask in POF but since I have not been a member long enough I can not post.

Trike there should be no reason you cant post even if you are new... I am not sure why you are not able too. I would suggest calling Docs place and inquire about the motor home. Ask to speak to Craig , he is the owner. let him know you are coming to the party and see what he suggests. I do not have the phone number, but the address is listed in the thread.

I think on POF there is like a 72 hour waiting period after you open up an account before you get posting priviledges. Trike, if it's already been that long since you joined POF, then you should be able to post w\o a problem.

Gigi is right.. and she is one of the reasons that Docs place and the Lakeland parties are so much Fun.. Gigi is a wonderful , kind hearted and Amazingly Fun person to hang out with !!!!
Trike no hiding in the shadows for you.. Drink a cup of confidence and summon up your courage and make sure you mingle. If you ask the ladies to dance they will. There is no reason to not have fun unless you hide in the background.... Everyone have a wonderful time.
The signup list continues to grow on POF and it looks like there could very well be nearly 200 people there.
