Heres some ideas for those who want to dress up keeping in the Beach Party theme.You could wear surfing attire. Alleviate the old "Oh, should I" or "I'll probably be the only one dressed up" thoughts ..and just go for it. It really pulls a theme party together and gets everyone in the spirit. For the ladies, sundresses, surfing logo t-shirts, boardshorts, and bikini tops are some ideas. For the men, some popular choices are wetsuits, boardshorts, Aloha shirts, t-shirts, rash guards, and flip-flops Puka shells, brightly-colored Zinca sunscreen, and sunglasses also work well for both. Bring your beach hats and Beach balls and get into the spirit things.
I offer this challenge for guys... come dressed in a coconut shell bra and a grass skirt. A brave soul accepted the challenge to wear a kilt.. and lets just say he was a hit at the Lakeland ST Pattys party.

Hmmm....I would have to raid my closet to see IF I still have any of my old 'aloha shirts', might have to break out that lei made of polished nuts as well (having visted Hawaii once).Think I have a pair of board or bamuda shorts too! (hope my legs dont scare anybody!).
But I have plenty of T-shirts, problem is they all have sayings on them.
Like: "your just jealous because the voices like me", or "I hear voices and they dont like you" etc. Wonder IF I should wear something like that instead....

Just a update.. there are fifty people of all ages signed up so far for this party. There are some mega hot looking men and women on board so be sure to not miss this one. As always the numbers will most likely double by party night.
This is going to be the best darn beach party ever.. even the beach boys would be proud.

From the looks of it, IF I make this one, I'm not staying the night. From what I was just told, my father will be out in Orlando doing work on my sisters house the next 2 weekends grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr So, needless to say I am stuck with my aunt yet again. Depending on her frame of mind that day, I may be able to show up for a few hours though...so I won't know until that day.  Figures I am feeling so much better and really getting cabin fever too!!

Trike_Rider2 I think Papa Doc has been doing all he can to try to make smokers and non smokers alike happy. This is however a bar and there will be smokers there. There is no way to guarantee that it will not be smokey there. I do not like smoke at all and if it gets uncomfortable I simply will not stay longer then I can tolerate. Papa Doc does have his two big fans and a ventilation system.. I am bringing a small hand held fan I know others are bringing fans too. I worry terribly about the dangers of second hand smoke.. but I want to spemd time with people I care about .
There is another Lakleland party /wedding in June. Its going to be held at a non smoking facility I will post it soon,The wedding is for two people that met each other through another internet dating site.. its so romantic
