Well folks, my friends and i have decided its time to arrange a MD Mixer for the fine folks on Matchdoctor in our area! to sign up please contact me :) it will be a potluck and more than likely at one of the pavilions at sandusky beach! We've decided it will be around 3:30 pm on august 25th so this gives everyone ample time to sign up and make sure they can come. it will more than likely be at south sandusky beach at rend lake if we can scrape up the money for one of the pavilions

Jubilee,
Let me know a little closer to the date as to what is needed. I work weekends so I will put in for this date plenty early to get off for it this time. I had to bow out last time at the last minute.
Are we still open to bring other single folks with us.

Well I would attend however, that particular weekend is the Art & Balloon festival here in town  and I will be working the flea market  . Hope everyone has fun!

I live in Kansas but I have kids that live in West Frankfort and in that area and one that lives in Benton. I was just there for a visit but I might be able to go again. I will plan on it anyway. I hope to be able to make it and meet you all. Jim

I am not sure what is going on with Jubilee...but I will be happy to help make it all work. I am not sure about the pavillion thing...even if we cant get it we should be able to find a large enough spot to picnic near the beach area. Make it pot luck, everyone bring a dish and bring your own drinks. I have not been to that particular area myself, but it should be fairly easy to find. Any out-of-towners I will be happy to help give directions or figure out an easy meeting place and go to the lake together. I would prefer this to be as low cost as possible because there may be more people that would like to attend but cannot afford it.

I will talk to my other half and see if he wants to come. I think this would be a good chance to make friends. A potluck would be good! Low cost works for me too. I hope those of us that have partners are welcome. If it is just for singles, I understand.

it looks funny to me how the one that was aranging the get together has not been on here for over 2 months. looks like she wanted to start something and leave eveyone hanging. i hope you all continue with this get together and have a great time. doc

hey how about having this at my house, since no one knows what happen, let me know come here I have plennty of floor space and I am willing to move stuff around so all can sleep, just bring your sleeping bags.
