VW...just watch the threads....it looks like there will be one in September but the annual campout will be next May....with a wedding and all! Looking forward to you coming!

I just might do this one, guys. Thanks SpiritEnergy, for your "energy". I think Sept sounds like a much cooler time to be there and it is my weekend off. I will be contacting my bff Brenda in a moment.....need to share the news about smokers quitting,too

Howdy ya'll...remember me??? Thought I'd stop by and see how the plans are going and say "Hi" to everyone.
I thought I might join you in Sept. but it looks like I have other plans....one is the family reunion...moved it again. Another is a visit to Indiana of a friend I've been talking to for going into 5 years. I've wanted to meet him for so long and I can't miss that now can I....???
It looks like your list is growing! I hope ya'll have a rip-roaring time and I'll be thinking of you...and missing you.
I'm having a good summer....hope ya'll are too...

Hey Rosebowl, your new pic ROCKS! Now THAT is the real you, it was hard to see you in the old one. We need to have the dates changed on the Home page under events, will you have the MODS do that, please?
For all those going in Sept, e-mail me and I'll let you know how to get the food money to me  . My budget allows NO wiggle room, so I MUST have everyone's $ BEFORE Sept 22 (only if you want to eat, that is  ). It is $5 per meal for those not attending the whole weekend, or $20 for those who are staying Fri-Sun.
For those of you who have not done so, please go to the first page of this thread and either click on RSVP to tell us you are attending, or REMOVE if you have changed your mind about going, that way we keep the head count accurate.
For this campout, everyone is to bring their own drinks and the means to keep them cold (unless you are coming in by plane, bus or train), the only drinks provided are on the menu. Please bring desserts and snacks to share. Luvy ended up shelling out lots of her own money for the last campout (thanks to everyone who found out and helped to make up for it), sorry, but I am unable to do that. We are trying to keep costs low and predictable. Your food money will also be used to purchase firewood.
