yup, definitely getting quiet in here. guess the excitement is wearing off and finally folks are winding down. at least in here it seems. i'm looking forward to next year already. something about this bunch that just makes me want to keep coming back for more, at least the people. lucky, next year i think we all better ask for better weather too. it was interesting, but i can live without the tornadoes. went thru one of them in texas many years, NOT ONE OF MY FAVORITE MEMORIES TO BE SURE.
anyway,lets start saviing our pennies and trying to make plans for next year. to make things easier, i have seen the blue and white striped party tents for under 150 at one site i am familiar with, might be a good idea to get one or two of them for the kitchen and common areas. and extra stakes and tie downs for everything.

I'll start saving some $$ but not sure if I'm up to another camping trip. I kind of like the idea of renting a big house somewhere. This old lady just can't take those bad mattresses and hikes to the bathroom!

How something that would be lots of fun and not as expensive as the Chalet......I found a wonderful place thsat has 11 bedrooms........hiking, fishing, horseback riding, horseshoes.......etc........and it a ...........well I will save that for later.......
