Oh my! You all have been so busy having fun on here while I have been away, I missed it all.  Can't wait to see you all in May, some next month!!!
I logged in mainly to tell Luvvy I will be bringing some coolers, a charcol grill, and a BIG tent. (also bedding for her and Duvvy) Can anyone else "cover"  the rest of the flyers? I don't have enough. Being a local, I will do anything else to help though.

I can bring a few things if someone will tell me what. I will also have a cooler or 2--a small one for me and I can bring a larger one for the campers. I figure I can pack stuff in it so it won't be like it's taking up extra room!

I just remembered eyesofblue has Luvvy's storeage container stored in her storage unit back in Ft Wayne.... ....from last year.
I will look forward to reuniting with my "hammer" this year again..  even though I have a smaller version taking it's place temporarily....it's just not the same though...sigggghhhhh

Sign, it would be wonderful if you can bring a cooler. We are going to need everyone we can get our hands on. (I can't bring the 4 I did last year) If you have any extra bedding... It would be nice also. In fact I suggested someone pack that in a cooler to bring.  Great minds... (well ok, so I only have part of one)

(Dangit, wish I was still gold)  I'm trying to save every penny I can for my trip up there next month. Look out when I get back though, I have TONS of pics to post!

Grills... need as many as possible for the wedding feast.
OR Tripods

Blankets and pillows for people flying in.

Tents/awnings/tarps
COOLERS
A wagon, wheel barrow, anything with wheels to hall ice and such from the store.

Extention cords, the longer, the better

Big trash can
COOLERS
Thats all I can think of right now without looking up my list from last year. Can't sleep right now, but don't really feel like digging through things either. Just plumb wore out.
OH did I mention COOLERS???

I found the other thread that I was looking for the other day when I posted, sorry not going to quote who suggested what this time.
Recycle bins for all the pop/beer cans.
More tent stakes and Binder Twine
More lights for the big tents so we can see where the food and beverages are.
Names, Names... we all need to put our names on everything we bring.
More water hoses so we can get water directly to the cooking area
COFFEE POTS!
Cordless solar path lights
Space heaters... I know Duvvy nearly froze last year, and who knows, I might this year???
Jump in here folks, help me out, I can't do as much this time.

I don't want to promise to bring anything because I don't know where I will be with a job. As soon as I know something, I will confirm what I can bring - or if I will even be there. Things are so up in the air right now.

Rosie ....I am praying for you a job.....one is on the way!
I have now been on my new job for about 6 weeks and it is going well. I hate the downtown drive but...I am thankful for the job! 
We are living in hard times and sometimes we just have to do something fun to relieve the stress of just living! So try to make the camping trip....even if it is for a day.....it will be a mental health day and everyone will lift your spirits! If I can help in any way...please let me know what you need to come.

Spring - thank you so much for the kind and uplifting words. The problem I am running into is that there are no jobs in my area and if I look in the Indy area, there isn't any that pay enough to make the hour drive worth while. It sucks!
I am glad to hear your job is going well. I just have to be patient and something will come up. Please everyone, keep your fingers crossed for me!!!!

Rosie, you're in my prayers and on my prayer list!
Luvvy--I can bring one large cooler (and a small one for my pepsis!), maybe a tarp, an extension cord and I think I have a light on a long cord too. I need to make sure it works. I'll see what I can do as far as linens, I don't have a lot of sheets but maybe can find some cheap ones. I do have several blankets and pillows I'll throw in. Maybe I better hope I'm driving alone so I have room for everything!
Just a reminder to everyone else, suntan lotion and bug spray!Oh yeah,and chapstick.
And I have my own pink chair for this year! It's my baseball game chair that a friend gave me last year so I can go watch her son's games.
And I have a small box so far with awards and some prizes.

I don't have a lot of sheets but maybe can find some cheap ones Sign, don't be going out and buying sheets for people.  (Thank you for thinking about it, you are just too sweet!) We will figure out a way to work it out. We will also know how many we will need the closer it gets when we know better about how many are coming, and who all has to fly in. I wish I could bring the stuff you and Katy bought last year and had to leave with me. (I do love that purple towel though)
I am keeping track of what everyone is able to bring, and will post it on the first page soon. That way everyone will know what else we need.
I NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE DO NOT EAT PORK VERY IMPORANT FOR THE WEDDING FEAST.

luvy, if i make it,i know i have a couple of good sized coolers, and we have some twin sized sheets just laying around, if i bring them, they can be tossed after the event, or some one is welcome to take them. it all depends on finances. also have a coupe of tarps, and extension cords, i'll let you know for sure a month or so in advance.
as for pork, i'll eat just about anything i can gum to death. no matter how it is fixed. and if the weather by then has warmed up enough for me to get out in my carport and work a little, i have something i want to make for you and duvy.

Well I can bring some coolers, the throw away kind, I am sure I can round up some blankets, I have 3 chairs I can bring and when it getds closer I am sure I can bring more, I think that if I go to some garage sales we can find some sheets, I cant wait til May............
