I was thinking I maybe would have to cancel too. I hope the foot improves before Tuesday. I can't even sit in my classroom much--if I'm not up and moving around my class goes nuts!
I stayed at school until 7 pm tonight and all I did was grade papers! Tomorrow I need to enter some grades into the computer and get averages, then call 3-4 parents of students who will likely fail. I have one boy who sits and plays all day and turns in blank papers. Another one who fills in the blanks on reading papers with his name, over and over and over! I just don't understand these kids. They just don't realize that they will stay in 2nd grade while all their friends go on to third! I can't get through to them. And frankly, I'm tired of trying. Right now, if they want to goof off and make 0, 6, 9 on a paper, that's fine with me. They deserve to fail.
Wow! Where did all that come from??? LOL I'm tired and hurting and about to feed the kitten, then shower and go to bed. I need to go to school on Sat. and do some cleaning and then get all the papers for my sub in order.

We actually went to walmart and got all the small essentials to bring.
Shampoo, tooth paste, you know that stuff. They had jeans on sale for 10. so I tied them on ( I never find jeans there that fit me right) and then I was surprised that I liked them.
So, next week at this time we will be sitting around a fire listening to Don tell stories??

sign I do hope you can make it, remember last year I had a fractured ankle....I wore my boots all weekend tied tight around my ankle. It really helped to keep it secure.
I'm sorry ladies, but my move to Fl was in order so I could be there but with any move, even worse long distance move, everything went haywire so I am now improvising but pulling it off. again I say, any of you want a vacation in Fl.........I have a 3 bdrm condo free place to stay AND we'll go bug(visit) Mr & Mrs luvvy & duvvy and take a ride on their fabulous boat! I KNOW I will.....can't wait to see them!
All of you be safe and have a Wonderful time! I'll be thinking of you & watching for info online

That sounds fun Sky! My father lives in Florida and I sure have let moving to Florida spin around in my head a few times! Especially when these midwest winters start getting to me!
Soooo...Sky....my question is do you need a roomate and are there jobs there?? 
We will miss you this year but understand obligations come first!
Well counting down...now exactly one week until I get to Sugar Creek 
I keep thinking.....vacation...vacation....vacation....

Soooo...Sky....my question is do you need a roomate and are there jobs there?? I HEAR you Spring....these winters have been getting to me, especially this one!
Just me & my girls (pets)....Sooooo I will always have plenty of room & the job situation can't be any worse than Cinti  but I have HIGH Hopes! My kids are thrilled I am finally leaving Cincy......scariest thing I've EVER done! You girls truly are welcome, I'd love to have you & we WILL aggrevate the tar out of Luvvy I'm 2 blocks from St. Johns River & 15 min from the BEACH! I won't have to shovel snow ANYMORE
You all be safe & I'll be thinking of you & watching(reading) your reports with tears!
