better add me to the list. i dont know exactly how i'm gonna find my way there, but it cant be worse than backpacking all of thailand or half of peru which is what i've been doing this last year. i'll probably fly in to the closest airport and throw my thumb up, hope someone is heading my way. let me know when the dates are firm. also, to all the ladies talkin bout "its too far"... you cant be much further than me, and i'm making it happen. its really just a mindset. i'm a social cat, and i'm gonna be bummed if i show up to the campsite and there isnt any girls to flirt with.

I am going to get the reservation in to the camp site this coming Wed. April 25th. I have to include $160.00, so a deposit would be greatly appreciated.
The date for the gathering, is firm...July 20, 21,& 22.

I do need more Graywolf, but you have already sent more than your share. I am hoping some others will start pitching in. So far you and one other person has paid. 
Note: This is for the CAMP SITE ONLY. (4 sites)They only allow 2 tents per site. If everyone would just send $10.00, it should cover it.

The time has come. Everyone planning on going on the camping trip need to get their $10.00 for the campground fee in. It has to be in by the 18th.

I plan on being there for the 20th and most of the day the 21st. Have to work the morning of the 22nd. Let me know where to send the deposit and the exact location of the campgrounds. This should be fun.

I am sorry to the people that are disappointed about the trip getting moved. There are several reasons, the main one being the price of gas and having so many from other states coming, several of us thought it would be helpful. They also happen to be the ones that had responded, outside of Blu.
There isn't any reason you can't still do it in MI, you would just have different people coming. It sounds like Blu is still going for it.

you know, in all my years of having these gatherings..yes things/plans do change but the location is set. if people can't make it..they make it to another....those that were planning on going to this are now 'out' because its not the original plan....
i can see changing plans as what to do and all...but to change location at this close to the date? instead, there should have been a DIFFERENT date set and still had this one...
but thats just my 2ยข worth...
i hope you all have a good time...but a MI gathering is usually spent in MI...
