It is a ways from the strip.

No preplanned stuff usually, just having fun.
We will be driving this time, not flying.

Definitely not walking distance - about a 5-10 minute drive. I'll be booking a flight and a car, definitely seating at least four. No convertible this time though, sedans are so much easier getting in and out of. Last time we parked on the edge of the strip and used shuttles or walked once we got there...whatever you pack, bring comfortable shoes!!
As Mom said, we're not likely to need more than light jackets, and most likely that would be inside in the A/C, not outside. Definitely bring bathing suits and such - the condos are pretty spread out. That was February (Valentine's day) but I don't remember having a jacket on, just a towel around the shoulders from the hot tub back to the condos.

I'm thinking of driving down this time. Seems like it's got to be easier than in and out of Reno and McCarran airports these days.

I thought we did a good job last time in the Vegas airport.
I think we all got there within an hour of each other? I know our vehicle was loaded with luggage. 
I can't wait, I am so excited!!

Had to change back to the pic with the poker chips stacked in front of me.
Looks like maybe a 6:30PM arrival for me.
Not booked yet... Still shopping.... But that looks about the best.
