So far the rooms have been taken care of by Heaven. We split the costs of all meals made as a group, or we go out. No idea yet as to how much it's going to be. It just tends to be a kind of family style pot luck of stuff.

...Waiting for the State Survey Team to get in and finish the annual survey/inspection ...
HOPEFULLY my department will be OK .. or maybe even better than OK ..
THEN I will request the time off.
I've only been there just over 3 months so haven't EARNED time off..
But I think they like me enough that it's going to work out.
And with Canyon's math help ... I figured out how to get
40 hrs in that week & still have those days off!!
Now just waiting

 Thank God there is a Starbuck's Coffee at every major street corner (at least it seems that way) in Vegas. Pretty sure there is one close to the intersection of Decatur & Tropicana (close to the condo's you all are staying at).

Hope you can make it Jen.........mine will be last minute too.......but....I am still working on it.....and it looks still good 
and I think a few others are looking at there schedule too.....they also will be getting a hotel too

have come to the conclusion that
he is, indeed mocking me.
Yes, OK, he DID help me with that little subtraction/addition situation
BUT
Now he has mocked my desire for early morning coffee.
I'm planning to hold a grudge.

*Hangs my head in shame* - Please accept my deepest apology for being a Coffee Mocker.
In fact, today I had to go to the airport to pick up my younger son, who had been in Iowa visiting his mother. Although I have been to the airport many many times before, this was the first time I noticed the vast number of coffee pots and grinders being transported by the visitors (tourists). Now, it makes perfect sense to me.

Unbelievable ..... you all are just to nice. You don't carry grudges near long enough and you accept apologies from a Coffee Mocker, even though he tease about seeing coffee pots and grinders at the Vegas airport (as if):

I am a smart azz by nature (its a God-given talent), but you all are simply to easy going and understanding (yuck). 
Hope you all have a great time in Vegas - and btw there is a new slogan for Vegas - "Enjoy your vacation, don't let it be ruined by dehydration" - not sure that includes coffee though.

I wish you went Sign.......I am trying an 2 other surprise people are trying to come too.......all getting there own hotel of course....... since all said it is a last minute thing..........so there is no inconvenience for anyone.
