Well Folks, it looks like this eveNt is CANCELLED.  If anyone that had not RSVP'd was planning on going, please get with each other and go have fun!
Over about the last 24 hours or so, all but two of the definites have had something unexpected come up that they had to change/cancel their plans. And that two of us live in the same area and see each other all the time anyway. The plans are now in the works for a 'warmer weather' get-together. So come on and give your opinions as we begin to try to plan another event.

An MD Get-together has been planned in Oklahoma for Saturday, March 1st.
We will meet at 11am at:

This is a HUGE pizza place with an indoor fairground. You will need to check the website because there is just too much to list, but I will list some.
*No alcohol or smoking inside
*Feel free to bring the kids, also. Free kid-safe children's play area constantly monitored by team members.
*go-carts, bumper cars, mini golf, mini bowling, arcade, you name it....
*80-item Salad Bar (That is where I will be heading....)
*A pizza buffet like you have never seen! -complete with dessert bar (ooooh...those Cinnamon Rolls....)
*Four dining room areas to choose from: Route 66 "50's style Diner, Gymnasium, Starlight Drive-In Movie Theater (G-rated movies), the Family Room
The Game area is pretty loud, but the dining areas have quiet spaces to allow for talking, chatting and just plain getting to know each other.
*All games are "G" rated.
Here is how it works. We meet there just before lunch. (Could be a long line on Saturday, but I am told that if you have to wait a long time in line, they serve slices of pizza to you while you wait. ) You go in and pay for your all-you-can-eat buffet. You leisurely go through all the buffet lines. After you are finished eating (or before) you go to the "fair ground" and play all you want! (no food in the game area) Then, when you get hungry again, you go back through the line and eat again, as many times as you want, on that one buffet price (they can do that because they are getting their money from all those games, lol.) So.....Lunch AND Dinner for one buffet price!
PLUS LOTS AND LOTS of fun with all your MD friends  .
Prices: (Meal) 3& under with an adult (lol) -- free
4 - 8--4.99 +.99/drink . . . . . . . . 9 - 12--6.99+1.39/drink. . . . . .
adult--7.99+1.39/drink (9.38) . . . . . . .55 & over--6.99+1.39/drink (8.38)
Games: Go-carts.....4.50 (single)....5.50 (double)
Bumpers (height requirement).....2.50 . . . . . .Mini golf.....3.50,,etc. Some of the arcade games start as low as .35

How do you think the "toothless" lost all those teeth, Bill?
Mom, if you want to, you can go ahead and RSVP, then every time you click on that event, a "remove" option will come up. You can just as easily remove it later if you want. Just a suggestion.

Thanks, Tent. I knew that from my disaster of a get together. 
I probably won't know until the last minute and since we are using the single option at IP, I won't mess up the count anyway.

CLOCK! Shhhh........  .......You weren't suppose to tell I was bringing the goat. She doesn't want the pizza, the dog can have that, she wants the veggies, fruit and nuts from the salad bar .

Clock, actually, since she/he/they have decided they want to "butt heads" I decided my little, VERY long-horned billy could do a much better job of it. But at the moment, it looks like I am going to be so well protected I won't need that goat.
Gosh, this get-together list of people is beginning to look like a 'group date' from an episode of The Bachelorette. Come on ladies, are you really going to let me have all these fine looking fellas all to myself for the day? Don't you want to share?

GET-TOGETHER TIP: If you go to the Incredible Pizza web site and sign up for their e-mail list, within a couple of days they will send you a free game coupon. Mine is for a game of mini golf. But better hurry if you want to, only 5 days 'til our outing!
And I had signed up once before and they only occasionally sent me something. (usually really good specials)
Just an informative thought.
