My hats off to you trailrider. Its such a wonderful thing your doing to make your property available to your friends and soon to be friends so that the whole group will leave your place at the end of the event having more friends than they had when they came...
I have signed up and look forward to seeing everybody there.
I havent decided whether to bring my camper or just a tent. Hell,, I might as well bring both in case somebody else needs a place to sleep.
If there are any available women who have read about this and thought, DAMN, I'd like to do that but I don't know anything about camping, or, I can't camp by myself, let me know.. Maybe we can hook up and go together....

My kids are older but I am bringing them and our horses, this will be our fourth bash and the kids were welcomed by MD ppl and I don't think I can leave home without them anymore, they had a great time and everyone from MD was kind.

thanks for the kind words, lookingforyou, I love people and seeing people have fun, makes me happy.
And Imlost...your kids are more than welcome and so are your horses...I'm sure everyone will be as nice in person as they are on the forums!

Hi, I am bringing my daughters, 13 and 17, and maybe my son who is now 30 (geeez I need to lie about my kids ages now), so if anyone has kids around their ages, they will have someone to associate with and won't be left out in the cold.

lol, bring a sleeping bag!
I've got custody of my 10 year old grandson, so he'll be there...along with his trampoline...kids always seem to have a blast on that.
The chillier it gets outside, the nicer the bonfire will be! 
Don't forget....bring a pumpkin!

Wow...this sounds like a really neat thing. I'm going to be traveling through that area I think, (have to check the map) on my way to Lookout Mountain (to go hang gliding again!). I'm planning (I hate plans) to leave very early Thursday morning, but I'd like to stop in on my way back perhaps. Uh, I guess I'm one of those people that have never camped out, or even cooked out. So, maybe there's some lodging nearby?

There are hotels and motels in town, about 20 minutes away. Glad you'll be able to stop by!!
There are also showers at the state park, which is about 10 minutes away and we'll have a port-a-potty here.
Bring a pumpkin!!!
